Ingredients

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 egg whites from large eggs
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup 2% milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 

Vanilla Cupcake Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and vanilla  in a large mixing bowl.  Mix at low speed for 2 minutes.  Scrape bowl.  Add egg whites and mix at high speed until fluffy and smooth, approximately 2 minutes.

Fill liners 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter.  Do not overfill.  Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes in pans then remove from pan, and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Frost and decorate your vanilla cupcakes as desired

Assalamualaikum,

 First of all I would like to wish Happy Eidul Mubarak 1433H or "Selamat Hari Raya" to all Muslim. After a month of fasting month now we are celebrating "Hari Raya".. For "Hari Raya" this year, I went back to my mom hometown in Kelantan. I went back to Kelantan on 17th of August 2012 at 4.45am. After 10 hours of journey my family and I safely arrived my hometown. This 'hari raya' is the most happiest hari raya for me because all of my mom siblings are celebrated their "hari raya" at my my grandmother house in Kelantan. A night before "Raya" My siblings, cousin and I played firework while my grandma, mom and aunties were prepared foods for "Hari Raya".

 The next day, which is first day of 'raya' all of the family members woke up early. We need wait for our turn to hit the shower because there is only two bathroom in my grandma house. We need to let the boys had their shower first because all of them are rushing to go to Raya Prayer. At the same time my cousin and I are asked to iron all the clothes for all the family members.

 After Raya Prayer, all family members sat at living room to ask for forgiveness. We started with my eldest uncle and ended with my youngest cousin. There is a photography session for the families. we had our breakfast after everything is settled.

HYEEE!! dah lama x buka and update blog ni.. maafla masa x mengizinkan..*busy memanjangla katakan*.. kalau dulu busy dgn study for SPM but now busy dgn kerja la pulakkkk.. ni nk share la, result SPM hari tu tak memuaskan.. sedih sgt2 bila tgk Bahasa Malaysia dpt B+ je ... tp bersyukur jgk sbb dpt banyak kepujian tertinggi & tiada satu pelajaran pun yg gagal * add math & chemis pun ok * ;) ..tetang permohonan UPU, I apply UiTM course law, bussiness and banking.. lagi satu I apply IPG .. I x ksh dpt mne2 pun.. tp plg harap dpt bussiness.. ok la tu je bye..
